The workings of Everything Country
.....The guide to each of the pages.....

Home Page: This contains EC's song of the day, how long it has been running, and a comparison to other EC Song of the Days and their runs.
Singles Chart Summary: This is the section that quickly summarizes the Billboard/Radio & Records chart - it shows the Top 10, Most Increased Audience, Most Added, and optional debuts, re-entries to the chart, Breakers (songs reaching status of being played on half of the BB/R&R reporting panel), and Airpowers (songs spending first week in top 20). The BB/R&R chart contains 60 positions. It is usually updated on Wednesday or Thursday.
Albums Chart Summary: Like the Singles Chart Summary, this summarizes the official Country Albums chart according to top 10 albums, and optional debuts re-entries, and Pace Setter (album below top 10 showing exceptional gains - Pace Setter is only awarded once, if that, a week and is determined by Soundscan, who compiles the chart. The Country Albums chart contains 75 positions and is usually updated Saturday or Sunday.
Upcoming Singles: This organizes the newest songs by their add date. An add date is when an artist's/group's label asks radio to start playing th single, even though they are permitted to play the song prior to an add date and likewise permitted to start playing a song post add date. Songs are removed from the list at the end of each month (e.g.: All songs with add dates in May are removed either May 31st of June 1st). Songs categorized as "IMPACTING SOON" are confirmed as an artist's/group's next single, but do not currently have an add date or haven't reached Top 40 status on BB/R&R charts. Also listed under each impacting song is the previous single, to give you a better idea of who they are.
Upcoming Albums: Like the Upcoming Singles section, the Upcoming Albums section categorizes albums by their release dates to stores. They are also removed at the end of each month. Albums listed as "TBA" or "TBD" do not have confirmed titles as of yet. Release dates are subject so change upon record label's wishes. Albums listed under "TBA Date" do not have a scheduled release date as of yet, or have been either permantley or temporarily "shelved" by their label (In other words, the album may or may not be released.)
Chart Bound: This section is mainly for chart watchers or fans tracking as of yet uncharted songs from their favorite artists. What it shows is the chronological order of songs that have not yet charted, in order of which recieved the highest Audience (listeners) in the past week. It is also divided up into two sections: c1M and c1R. c1R, listed first, is the Mediabse chart which more closely resembles the BB/R&R reporting panel - in other words, more accurate in predicting what songs will chart next. c1M contains more stations with less listeners, so it is less accurate and songs have more Audience. Usually songs appear here and not on c1R that are being played by only one or two stations. For more information, visit the Chart Bound section.
New Videos: This section sorts out the new videos added to these Country Music telivision stations: CMT, GAC, and CMT Pure Country. It also lists the available videos for every song charting on the BB/R&R Top 60 chart.
iTunes Page: This page gives links to new and hot singles and albums available for download on iTunes. Only $0.99 per song in most cases! Just click on the song/album/video/etc. that you want, and the iTunes store will automatically open!
CD Reviews: This is where I've posted a few reviews of some CDs. I've opened it to anyone who wants to post one. Just email me with your name (or anonymous) and your review.
Promotion Page: This page can be used by anyone - artists looking to get their website or myspace page out, labels looking to do the same, independent singers looking to get signed by posting their songs, etc., etc. If you can think of a way to use it to your advantage, than just email me with what your looking to do.
